Hello again,

Here are the 4 questions I didn't get to ask last week:

Before I begin,do you know what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,Seasonal
Affective Disorder,Post-traumatic stress disorder,Road rage or Mid-
life crisis are?;)

1 Is this serious advice or just light-hearted?

2 Do you agree that to be happy you just need to 'change your mind'?

3 Could the tips mentioned previously help someone who is seriously
depressed? Are any helpful?

4 Have you ever had to help a friend who was depressed?

Thanks and great week ahead of you,
Pln
