Hello again, Here are the 4 questions I didn't get to ask last week:
Before I begin,do you know what Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,Seasonal Affective Disorder,Post-traumatic stress disorder,Road rage or Mid- life crisis are?;) 1 Is this serious advice or just light-hearted? 2 Do you agree that to be happy you just need to 'change your mind'? 3 Could the tips mentioned previously help someone who is seriously depressed? Are any helpful? 4 Have you ever had to help a friend who was depressed? Thanks and great week ahead of you, Pln On Feb 6, 4:06 pm, pln471 <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear all working, studying or unemployed, > > As some of you might remember,Nam and I have asked you how to come out > of our personal crises safe and sound. And here are 10 ways to increase > your HAPPINESS and also 4 questions for you to reply to if you don't > mind: > > "Most people are unhappy because they choose to be. > All they have to do is change their minds and learn some new habits > and their lives will change for ever. > > 1 ACT HAPPY-even if you don't feel it.
