Hi

I think we have had a similar discussion before, Although it is nice enough
to talk about it more.

First and foremost, I used to pray when things got too bad to do anything
about. For example, I used to go to holy places like mosques and read the
holy Quran and think in those situation and talk to God and pray to help me
and change the circumstance to a better one.

Moreover, going to a nature and getting away from routine life has also
helped me. When you have some difficult problem, the routine life may put
you in a loop. Linking to the nature will widen your heart and calm down
your mind. you can see how huge the universe is and how tiny your problem
seems in such a great world so inspired by nature to try every possible way
to solve it. Since it is the way of nature.

Talking to friends is another thing that can help you tolerate the hardship.
A good friend can at least listen to you intimately and even suggests a good
alternative that has not occurred you before.

Finally, time will heal wounds and help solving problems. you need just to
be patient. We should practice being patient in comfort days. The philosophy
of fasting which many religions have is practicing the patience.

Regards
Elham
