Hi Charles Pln Oshiro and all, When the feeling of helplessness or hopelessness become too intense,I usually let myself go: crying for as long as I feel like while listening to the same sad songs over and over again...
writing down whatever in my mind in my 'dear diary'... hugging, kissing and cuddling my darling boys for a while... lying in my hubby's arms and recalling the feeling of being a protected babygirl... If you have a cat or dog with you, petting them helps a lot,too as they can calm your mind down... painting angrily anything that comes to my mind... cooking something what I like to eat to give myself a treat... going for a walk... watching an old movie I used to enjoy... hiding under the blanket and take a long relaxing sleep... having a heart-to-heart talk with a close friend... All these are my remedies, and I hope at least one of them will work for any of you who is going through a tough time, too.;) Nice weekend to you all, Claire On Jul 23, 2:19 pm, Charles <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Simone,Elham,Pln,and Anu all, > It's a tough time now.Because of the financial crisis,a lot of people out > there worry about how to get foods, and pay our bills. They also are under a > great pressure. > > Simone,I don't know what's your situation now.I hope it's better than the > most of people. The feeling of helpless is awful.Sometime,We go down day by > day but unable to do nothing about it.LOST OF CONTROL. > > I am unemployed now and I know this feeling.BAD.Thanks for pln,who help me a > lot.Let's focus on what we can do. > > Elham, what you tell us.It's helpful.I desire going out smiling the natural > those time.Fortunately, there was a solar eclipse, which happens 500 year > once.I felt it,which is Great. > > Pln,you didn't reply my letter.LOL.I have an idea those days that If I am to > be teacher, what should I do? > > Good days are coming. > > Best Regards > Charles > > > > On Thu, Jul 23, 2009 at 5:17 PM, pln471 <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Hi Simone Elham Redwolf Tojan Ayush Charles Oshiro Claire and all, > > > Elham has said it all what I wanted to say!;) > > > All those ways lead you to heal your body and soul...sooner or > > later...if you allow it to happen... > > > I have been through birth, death, losses, gains, accidents, financial and > > marriage crises, and etc.LOL > > > Come what may,as long as there's hope, life is worth living!:) > > > Just remember that God never promised you a 'rose garden.' > > It's going to rain sometimes. > > If it's always sunny, you can't appreciate the Sun anyway... > > > By the way, nice job on topping my record,Charles!;) > > > And Tojan,it's so nice that you joined us because members like John > > and Serdar may need your help on your expertise on IELTS!;) > > > And Ayush Redwolf and all other new or shy members, please post or > > reply to any threads you are interested in. > > Once you take the first step, all will come easier soon! > > > I don't particularly enjoy being the most active and talkative one > > here...:( > > Looking forward to your new voices and inputs!!! > > > Great day! > > Pln > > > On Jul 17, 5:48 pm, Elham Moazzen <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Hi > > > > I think we have had a similar discussion before, Although it is nice > > enough > > > to talk about it more. > > > > First and foremost, I used to pray when things got too bad to do anything > > > about.
