Hi Charles Pln Oshiro and all,

When the feeling of helplessness or hopelessness become too intense,I
usually let myself go:
crying for as long as I feel like while listening to the same sad
songs over and over again...

writing down whatever in my mind in my 'dear diary'...

hugging, kissing and cuddling my darling boys for a while...

lying in my hubby's arms and recalling the feeling of being a
protected babygirl...

If you have a cat or dog with you, petting them helps a lot,too as they
can calm your mind down...

painting angrily anything that comes to my mind...

cooking something what I like to eat to give myself a treat...

going for a walk...

watching an old movie I used to enjoy...

hiding under the blanket and take a long relaxing sleep...

having a heart-to-heart talk with a close friend...

All these are my remedies, and I hope at least one of them will work
for any of you who is going through a tough time, too.;)

Nice weekend to you all,
Claire
