One tip. 1st paragraph ....Talk about the overview. Don't conclude anything there. 2nd paragraph....Mention the merits & demerits of all the 4 skills. You can divide all 4 skills into 4 paragraph if you want. 3rd paragraph ......Select one or two skills based on some conclusion and logical deduction.
