Hello Pln and all, I personally think it's 'untrue'.
I believe important business decisions should be taken rationally, based on facts and things you can rely on. I've been thinking in an example and one situation came to my mind. I imagined myself as a manager who had the task to sake a employee whom you have a friendship relation. It would be a tough task to tackle and I believe I would be very upset feeling kind of guilty about that. Knowing that, if we put our feelings in that kind of decisions, we may take the wrong way. Maybe the wrong decision that we wouldn't have taken if we thought about that using our reason. It seems to be a cold answer, but that's the way it's correct. I'm not that kind of person who make decisions without putting my feelings into it. That's why I don't feel like taking over some management position in a company. Good day for you all!!
