Dear claire, I think it's a responsibility to say "I love you" for a male to a female,who believe in those words and relative to a commitment of relationship.
I don't know how most of females think of it. If there is one told me it,which might be quite impressible now,I will hold her and kiss her,no matter I love her or not.It's very lucky being loved. The last question is... quite difficult. I know,life is change. So the best strategy is appreciate what you have. Then,the commitment of rest of life is meaningless. um... Seems like,the point is how we make decision.
