Hello Claire, Charles, Jun, Simone, Vera, Pln and all! Claire, I believe that what Eckman might meant was that it's hard to say 'I love you' after 10 years of marriage. Am I right Eckman? Otherwise I will ask myself who got marriage more than 10 times.
This is a hard question and in my opinion we do know when it's the right time to say 'I love you' to someone you're dating. As everybody said, these 3 words are very meaningful and deep enough to make someone the happiest person in the World or the worst one. Do you agree with me? Regarding your question about when we know a person is the right one we want to live with, it comes with time. I sincerely believe that within some months, we'll know if we want to spend our whole life with that person. This is my 2 cents. :) Have a nice weekend!
