And, since we're on the subject of launchers, I've just ported the
little tool ('LaunchBox') that I use for launching applications on OS
X, and popped it in Subversion. It's fairly simple; it just
enumerates all of the installed applications and presents lets you
launch one by typing the name.
On OS X it does auto-completion, but this seems not to work on
GNUstep. The combo box also doesn't seem to want to connect to the
datasource.
I'd like to see something like this as a menulet for quickly
launching applications, particularly with a shortcut key to jump
directly to it.
