It's ok to trade any Dead recordings provided what you are trading pre-dates the commercial release, or is obviously a different version such as an audience recording.
Since these shn's have been in circulation since before the release, it is still fine. This also applies to Dick's Picks. For example, 9-17-72 was recently released as DP 23, but is still tradeable because the shn has been in circulation almost a year prior to the release. Diana Hamilton has posted on this subject numberous times but, unfortunately, the archive search function isn't operating at this time.
