I have to concur.  Dead never played Israel, they might've gotten over there
(either individually or as a group) when in Egypt for a quick tour or
something, sounds like something Jerry or Bobby might've been interested in
doing, but they never PLAYED Israel.  That'd've been highly publicized, and
there would've been boots.
