that is the point: no they will not.  They sell ISP services (for $20...)
they provide a point to point connection via DSL... if you don't have an 
isp, who are you connecting to?

James, the answer is simply: no, you need an ISP... DSL is just like a 
modem, you still have to 'call' someone...  even if that call is 24/7 
static ip...
