Seth, a few messages back, commented that USWest doesn't route IP traffic from a DSL line without one's taking them on as ISP. Seth--you sure? That was my first thought...and then I realized I didn't actually know; they try to be a full-service ISP, with mail & news servers. They might just route IP traffic for a different rate. As for mail, well, I'm already running Sendmail. R.
