viz the LUGE name candidate:

LUGE implies ice and cold and snow.
Penguins LOVE ice and snow  (they just roust visiting Finns on occasion)

LUGE suggests (under optimum conditions); Controlled Careening.
What is hacking OS and Apps code on your production boxes, if not that?

LUGE involves tuning for speed.
yep.

It is in fact, a more compact code than the kludge-sounding LUGs...
Optimized for metaphorical performance.

and in reading a recent explanation about Linux User Groups, it was stated that although most
user groups meet once a month, or once-plus-occasional install-Fests, "some Extreme User Groups meet
once a WEEK"  (so its EXTREME to meet weekly??  I just thought it was *normal* ) . . .
but once again, a reference to "Extreme" and LUGE appear in the same post . . .   (how do these things Happen??)
Apparently, we are having Weekly install-fests @ Stans!!  Who knew?

Besides, now that LINUX is becoming known as one of the darlings of the Tuned-For-Speed Clustered Boxes gruppen,
LUGE looks even better as a user group <tag>.
