I need to pass on a list of people to the Communications (a.k.a.
Doors of Expression) Booth so that we can know who's getting a pass for
which day. We have 6 day passes, that's two per day. I know Mike Smith is
only available Sunday. Except for one, I have only the vaguest idea of
who wants scheduling for which days. I know we have an opening for at
least one pass. I need to get this schedule firmed up by Friday, because
I'm going to depend on your replying by then and I hope to have any
conflicts resolved before then.
Not as pressing, but still important, we need to firm up the
logistics (or - Where will the CD's be? How many CD's will there be? How
are we getting the CD's to the booth? What if we run out of CD's? Are we
going to pass out propaganda? If we are, anybody volunteering for
recycling?)
Additionally, in the weeks leading up to the fair, it would
behoove us to have people willing to join in the work parties readying the
site for the fair. Community Village work parties are scheduled for
Saturdays and Sundays, and workers will be appreciated as available other
days. Even those of you not planning on attending the fair (or using the
passes) can get credit for EUGLUG's presence at the Doors of Expression. I
don't know that all of our booth people can get out to the work parties,
so I'm looking for help here.
