I installed storm linux on 2 computers, however I wasnt able to use the graphical
install on either one, it crashed every time i tried. The text only install worked fine
though. I tried to get them to dialup the internet, however the software modem doesnt
work (no big surprise). The computer with the standard 56k modem does dialup and
connect
to EFN, but only as root (it wont let users do the noauth in the pppd options).
so... Im stuck! It will login to EFN as root (but wont let me do much after, for
security reasons).
It will let me dialup EFN as a user, but it wont let me pass the noauth option, and
EFN disconnects me when
it trys to authenticate).
If i try the noauth option, it says that only root can do that, is there a way to
change that?
