                Illinois is part of the ninth call district.  The FCC has split the 
nation into 10 call districts to make it easier for them to administer 
Amateur Radio.  Since I address and the exams I passed to get my license 
were in Illinois I'm in the ninth call district.  Just like James (KG7FU) 
is in the Seventh
