Hmm, now I understand your question... If a 'work' is based on a GPL product, it's 
supposed to be 'free'.  

I downloaded it, and looked around for a license.  You can pay $40-$50 bucks for it.  
You can download it for no cost.  I don't see any mention of the GPL.  It comes with 
components of linux, including kernel modules.

I would say they are likely violating Linux's GPL, since they include Linux components 
and fail to mention the GPL.  However since there is a zero-cost version, and it's 
basically just a shell script with a precompiled kernel and modules, there may be 
little motivation to go after them.
