Sure, but after my poor experience with being able to even contact
a tech support person, let alone diagnose the problem, I won't
purchase their products for use on the network I administer,
regardless of OS. I simply don't have the time to call their tech
support over and over, hoping for more than a busy signal.
By extension, if I won't purchase them for business use for these
sorts of reasons, I can hardly recommend the purchase of these
products for any use. When Sony illustrates to me that they've got
their tech support act together, I'll change my tune. Until then, I'll
stick with IBM and Dell and get more computer, better tech
support, and 3 times the warranty for less money.
Such a deal-- plus IBM and Dell both support Linux.
Cheers,
Dennis
