All right you Debian hackers! Got some questions for ya!

After some initial struggle, I have Debian running on a Power
Macintosh 7200/120 (It's a BootX install, for anyone interested.) So...

First off, does anyone know the keyboard defaults for emulation of the
second and third mouse button on a Mac? A quick sweep of the web
turns up lots of confusing and contradictory commentary.

Secondly, what's the procedure for building a kernel on Debian? I
need Appletalk :-)

Third, is there X acceleration available on that hardware? Would it
improve performance or operability to switch to XFree86 4.1?
