well.. Ill vote for EWEB for the monthly meeting place, Mike McCool wrote me
a couple months ago, extoling the great experience he has had there with the
amiga group (was it amiga? .. anyone remember that message I forwarded to the
list?) I think it would be a good place too, I did a linux demo there, and it
was great... the only thing it didnt offer was high speed internet access
(they had 2 phone lines though...).
EFN may still be a possible place for the weekly clinics, its pretty
uncertain though. The new facility is downtown, a good location, but there
maybe parking issues... I havnt seen it yet, so I have no idea about the
space, or even if we'd be welcome there, but its something to think about.
I think it would be good if we could all keep our eyes and ears open for
possibilites out there. There might be someplace that would be more ideal
than the ones we've discussed.
