As others mentioned, this conflicts with the Tech
Bew pub, which will draw much of the same crowd.

This is exactly why I'd like to start a
coordination calendar... to avoid conflicts
between events.  Attendence is hard enough to
improve without having 2 events at once.  The
Portland LUG meets once a month on Thursday, and
of course, our EUGLUG weekly meetings have been
Thursdays.... for far too long.  This weekend, we
had the Expo, and yet Saturday, Corvallis
scheduled IBM to speak.

Travis, it's too late now to change the timing,
I'm sure. But next time, I'd love to attend.
