i would have to ask what the point would be, aside from changing standards.  do
you really need all that bandwidth for a keyboard?  people can only type so
fast (currently...).  i can _maybe_ see the point of a USB mouse, especially
because the information update is so quick.

i've heard that USB mice feel "snappier", but i didn't experience that when i
had my optical plugged into USB...
