Mandrake detected my cd-burner fine and xcdroast burned it fine. Does joliet (for windows) and iso 9660 level 2 (for mac). I tested it under windows and it worked fine.
I found this program that does special transparenct patterns and skins and has some very beautiful textures. I know Gimp doesn't do that - is there anything on Linux that does that? BTW I use Gimp on windows and it works fine - I have 128 mb ram and I can finally do the logos - they even have a cow one. Couldn't get the logos to work on Linux with 48 mb ram. My sister is gettting Mac OS X and I will see what open source programs will work on that. It won't screw up her system - will it? She has a g3 with 98 mb ram. Any good word processor for her - I know abiword will be ported to OS X. Ben [EMAIL PROTECTED]
