May I suggest the latest beta from RH. It's 7.3.92.
Perhaps better support for the 850 Chipset. Although
the chip itself is well over 18 months old. I wonder
how much difference there really is between the newest
850 and the original one. Also you might try a vanilla
 kernel. Simply boot the first RH CD. DO "linux
rescue", change root to your hard drive, run lynx,
grab a kernel and recompile. It really is that easy.
At least if I could do it it is. Have fun either way.
