After assessing the "lay of the land" I'm considering just suspending a steel cable between the main building & the outbuilding that needs network access, then wrapping the network cable around it (ie powerline-style). The problem then becomes how to weatherize the network cable. I believe there is such a thing as "shielded twisted pair", right? Would STP be weatherproof? Alternately, I thought I might use a small diameter garden hose as the weatherproof sheathing, but that wouldn't look so professional ( : ~Beaker
