So all the motherboard manufacturers are going to provide Linux CDs,
but it's not a very good Linux, and a lot of people are going to get
their first taste of Linux from these CDs and might not like it, and
Microsoft might even try to sue the board makers for failing to pay
the OS tax since it's clear that nobody runs Thiz, so they must all be
running pirated copies of DOS XP.

If I were a marketing wienie at RedHat, Mandrake, Lycoris, or any of
the other commercial distros, I'd be trying hard to cut deals with the
board makers to give them CDs at about half a penny over cost. Or
else I'd try to get Thiz to put their label on my CD.

Maybe the board makers just haven't considered that they can get
RedHat or Mandrake for the same cost as Thiz.
