I dont think that specificly is bad behavour, just like I dont think drinking 
is bad behavour, however drinking and driving is bad behavour.

Telnet doesnt suck,  its not evil, its not bad. Its a simple tool that  offers 
no protection (ie encryption), and as such can only be used safely in certain 
curcumstances.

EFN/OPN has in  the past been a community network, and the ideals of the 
network have been based on community ideals, which included a reasonable 
level of privacy, as well as a reasonable level of openness(sp?).
