Ben is, of course, right, 566 W 17th would be between Washington and Jefferson, not, as I misread, between Mill and Patterson. 18th is busy, and a block away, but this should be marginally OK, although 3 sides of that block see moderate to heavy traffic during what passes for rush hour (jams are rare, traffic flow is fairly smooth, even where heavy. All bets are off around construction).
