I live on 18th near City View. I used to live on City View near 22nd ... which is close to the Cleveland place. I think 15 minutes to campus from there is "taking it easy", but I like to ride fast (and I used to ride up City View and over to Bailey Hill, then to Fox Hollow and back). There's also a fair number of busses that go through this area to campus and back.
