There doesnt seem to be the standard disclaimer that the author asumes no
responsibility for its use/misuse. (unless "as is" completely covers author's
liability).
(ie if it breaks the users computer/data, or the user does malicious/illegal
things with it).
Which brings up another question, in the case of Joseph's advice, is Joseph
liable for what others do with his advice?
