Any recommends on hard drive recovery services (local or otherwise)? 10.2GB AT Quantum Fireball Plus AS went kaput. Customer reported system was behaving normally then later heard loud noises emanating from hard drive and then system crashed. On power-up/boot-up heard a few clicking sounds and POST screen report shows hard drive no longer recognized by hard drive controller. Hard drive tested on another PC system with same results.
