Hi, Is that a question? I've been running 10.3 (and Xtools) for a few months now. I love it. I am currently running the release version, and it does include X11. It is not installed by default, but you can easily select in during the install by selecting the Custom option and checking it. It defaults to running in rootless mode, but can be configured to run with a root window, if desired.
