The site simply would let me view anything. I changed konqueror's browser to 
IE 6 on XP, and it let me view the site.
I looked around, but wasnt able to identify a way of finding a driver. i tried 
the search feature, but it didnt find anything useful. 
I also tried the older drivers, but have been in floppy hell... not sure if 
its the brand new cheapo floppy disks, or drive, but havnt been able to get 
the files off the disk!

sure is a lot of hassle just to get a nick to work!
far more dificult than modprobe smc91c92
