VA is ten minutes away at what time of the day? [Passingly curious]
My wife is recently back from visiting relatives and relayed her recent chagrin at stop-and-go traffic in the Sunday early AM between Fredricksburg and DC on I95. The non-stop traffic congestion is definitely one aspect of living near the DC beltway that I don't miss.

From here, virginia is about 10 minutes away also... I have my choice of
virginia, DC , or maryland sales tax. I cant wait to get back... I plan on
leaving in a couple weeks :)
