I don't find OpenBSD too lacking in "general features", but I guess
there's a lot I _could_ use my computer for that I never have, and
probably never will.  OTOH, it does have things I can't get anywhere
else.

I think it really comes down to developer hours.  It takes a lot of
time to make sure that the code that goes in is sane.  The OpenBSD
team is pretty active these days.
