Im at the intersection of 2nd, and Monroe. its not the best part of town, but its fairly centrally located (good for bikers...). I have a big porch (good for parking bikes). lots of parking on the street (and a lot 1 block away). I have wired/wireless (802.11b/g), electricity, hot and cold running water, 2 microwaves (bring a burrito and heat it up, see if I care), Oven (someone bring a pizza!), fridge (cold beverages), espresso machine (regular/decaf). I think this place will work.... but maybe Ive forgotten a key ingredient ? I liked emerald park as a meeting place, the only thing I didnt like was the distance... its a long bike ride in the cold...
