While trying to get installation at my new residence, I was transferred to something like a "1.5 tier" agent who was able to secure a discount for service due to the misrepresentation of installation date by another rep. I don't think that counts though, since networking was never mentioned.

Service has been great, for what it's worth. I haven't had to contact them in the 7+ months since service started. And for their prices I better not have to.
