This is the one time I do NOT recommend Newegg. They have a silly policy of only accepting 8 dead (not stuck, but rather dead) pixels. Most companies want to tell you that one or two is typical, including Apple, but I've told people that if you get any crap from the person you're talking to, thank them, hang up, and call back. Most anyone you are actually going to expect to take better care of people will do it, but with outsourced customer service and tech support... I wouldn't tollerate one dead pixel from the likes of Sony, Apple, Dell, or anyone like that.
