Thanks to Mike's diligent work on my behalf last night, we got my laptop
Ubuntu firing up quickly after the login... we had reasonable
expectations that my wireless problem could very well disappear as well
once I got home....
So I get home, plug the thing in, turn it on.... right back to where I
started with a) 30-45 minute to get to the GUI and b) no wireless and
the eth1 and eth2 problem has returned...
Arghhhhh.....
