Thanks Mike, but I've been there, done that.... even had Toby come over and double check it.... still no joy....

I never messed with the jumpers on the original drive since I was too lazy to take it out of the case.... same w/ CDROM... only jumper I changed was on that old drive I was trying to add but that things out of the loop now....

I think the guys at ComputerBase did some magic to make this drive work, and like an idiot I neglected to write the info down... (hence the 9gig limit I think I had)... but the specs are for 15+ gigs....
