Oh. I thought 10.0.0.{3,4} were the other ends of the tunnels.
Your routes to 10.0.0.{3,4} should specify a gateway, then.
ip route add 10.0.0.3 via 10.0.0.100 dev ppp0
ip route add 10.0.0.4 via 10.0.0.100 dev ppp1
