I don't see any benefits too rolling out Vista in a business environment as of yet. XP works just find for 98% of the people out there. Vista is easier to role out via the network and automated installs / unattended installs. In most cases doing a network install with Linux is simpler. I've yet to see a Windows XP install be done via VNC.
