S'pose, if I was willing to spellcheck after the conversion, this product would technically be free... The interesting part for me is how this software can trick my machine into reading a single-density Brother-formatted floppy disk in a HD floppy drive.
You may have to hit the computer fair and look for an old drive, then jury rig something to get it to work with a newer machine. I remember lots of problems over the years in getting newer floppy drives to read floppies generated with older drives. Have yet to dive into your other links--but the first hit was promising.
