Encrypted FS makes sense -- it's not just passwords, but other, normally
benign data that might be useful for identity theft and social
engineering.

Any distro which can mount an encrypted fs would do it. You then boot
that distro, mount the encrypted fs, and open a text file where you
store your passwords.
