Follow the thread, TV is required for a *discount*, as you quoted the
pertinent bits comparing Qwest's basis for any price reduction.
I would re-iterate though, that $3 is not much of a cost overhead ($13 for
basic, $10 discount), however it is obviously $3 wasted if you watch ZERO
television.  :)
Everyone seems to be in quite a mood this week, like there's something to
prove.  Let's all sing a song, eh?   ;^}
