When I looked at using Bombast, Qworst, or Alyrica as my carrier,
Alyrica came out looking slightly better.  The others were
rather close in cost.  If I could have gotten an antenna on
my roof to reach Alyrica that's what I would have done.  All of
this was a couple of years ago.  Things may have changed.

Bombast had a reputation for poor reliability.  Since then I
hear they've gotten better.

I care about upload speed.  My web site is served from my
DSL line.
