[Eug-lug] Need Help linux and windoz

I am trying to work out some problems, I like and want to run linux, but 
at the present time my only internet access is through an AT&T phone 
modem. Which means I have to have a windoz machine running and my linux 
machine too. I want to use linux to run a machine I am working on, with 
EMC-2. So what I need is to talk to someone with the know how to sort of 
talk me through this. My number is 541-272-1138 call anytime, I am a 
disabled Vet. with no work hours.
