Hi Brian, We are way too swamped to handle this kind of placement request-I am sorry! I would suggest you give the modem to Robert directly. I think we sell cables for a dollar or two, so he could get one for much cheaper than new through our store. We also mail purchases, if the buyer pays the ship. I can¹t quite remember Robert¹s location, but, I think it is not in Lane County.
I am also out of the country so I couldn¹t shepherd the item though our building. I am glad the power adapter worked for you. I will be interested to see where your project goes. We will continue to offer support where we can. lorraine From: BB <[email protected]> Reply-To: Eugene Unix and Gnu/Linux User Group <[email protected]> Date: Wed, 29 Apr 2009 07:43:19 -0700 To: Eugene Unix and Gnu/Linux User Group <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [Eug-lug] Need Help linux and windoz Lorraine I have a US Robotics USB, model #5633, that I could pass to you. Maybe you could offer Robert a discount, as a disabled VET. He'll need to purchase a USB cable also for it. Also, thanks, once again, for the HP PSC 1610 All-in-One power cord. It turns out that the downloaded Linux drivers are excellent. The L3 project is on track...I'll be broadcasting info on that through the Eugene Area Neighborhood Newsletters. Brian PS got a great, ISA, 14" bed, scanner for ya! Doubles as a White Elephant!! On Tue, Apr 28, 2009 at 8:30 AM, Lorraine Kerwood <[email protected]> wrote: > Okay dokay.
