And still minimal mention of WiMax which showed such promise a few years ago. Demonstrating my ignorance prob'ly but I assume this was microwave technology similar to Clearwire's (o god) offering only at decent speeds.

Friend in Sao Paolo has had WiMax at 20mb/s for years now--and she pays less than 10 bux a month.

Prob'ly only one more reason bomCast and the other providers spend so many $megs lobbying to keep WiMax out of the amerikan vocab.

Just in time for Comcast to rename/remarket it's cable/internet/phone business as "xfinity", promising 100Mbit broadband service.
