Although I'm pretty fascinated w/ the radiation part of this thread - getting back to the Linux connection here....
Last night whilst face first into a plate of tacos at my local pub, I was sharing this thread topic with my wife... I was explaining to her that this sort of thing is what's so cool about Linux - find a device, find a driver, plug it in and you are up and running... Linux WANTS to be adaptable for you - Winders wants to fight you every *&^&*) step of the way it seems... Wife's Winders box at home is DOA (I refuse to fix it for the 4th time) yet my Linux box is alive and well and is the go-to machine for whatever we need done on a desktop....
